OKX will update the ELP Maker fee structure effective June 3, 2026. The ELP Maker rebate will be removed for users whose effective Maker fee tier is at a negative rate (VIP 7–9). Their ELP Maker fee will be set to 0.0000% for all Spot pairs. VIP tiers with a positive or zero Maker fee rate (LV1 through VIP 6) are not affected. No action is needed.
