Service Relationship Google Pay is a service of Google LLC (“Google”). Google is not the issuer of the OKX Debit Card ("Card") and bears no responsibility for Card transactions or disputes. Token Provisioning & Removal Google creates a virtual card number (“token”) when you add the Card. OKX will update the ELP Maker fee structure effective June 3, 2026. The ELP Maker rebate will be removed for users whose effective Maker fee tier is at a negative rate (VIP 7–9). Their ELP Maker fee will be set to 0.0000% for all Spot pairs. VIP tiers with a positive or zero Maker fee rate (LV1 through VIP 6) are not affected. No action is needed.
